29|07|09 +++ PWA Slalom World Cup in Alacati
From August 10th – 16th 2009 the PWA Slalom World Cup will take place in Alacati, bringing a lot of “stars” to this great windsurfing spot.
One week of top action on the water, lots of parties in the evenings and full of other activities during the day. Well known racers like Antoine Albeau, Kevin Pritchard, Björn Dunkerbeck and many many more will be around and will show you what “flying on a windsurf board” looks like.
As the bay of Alacati is not too spacious, we unfortunately have to point out that windsurfing during this week will be limited to certain areas of the bay.
However the competition area will be only one third of the Alacati bay, will be marked by buoys and thus doesn´t take too much space away!
