• Kite and board under control

• First runs in both directions
• Sailing down wind
• Launching and landing with both kite and board
• Kite trimming

Level 3

• Rights of way
• Board without a leash
• Stay upwind using the edge
• Changing direction
• Upwind sailing
• Small jumps
