Dakhla continues to make a name for itself as one of the top spots in the kitesurfing world!
So far it´s still an insider tip but as the conditions over there are just perfect, the predictions are that it will soon develop into another kitesurfers´ Mecca.
Dakhla, around 1000 km south of Essaouira, is located on a 48 km long and 4 km wide peninsula which stretches into the Atlantic Ocean, creating a huge lagoon.
On the north-eastern coast of this lagoon our new Skyriders center will open in August 2010. 
With constant winds, flat water and lots of space, you´ll find perfect conditions inside the lagoon, and as an added bonus the other side of the peninsula offers fantastic wave spots which can be reached within a short time by car.
Our Skyriders center is part of a big overall concept, consisting of bungalows and restaurants for our guests.
By working with natural and environment-friendly energy supply and ecological building fabrics, all infrastructure development will be made with the preservation of the planet in mind.
Our objective is to keep the development at this former nature reserve to a minimum.
Through the special arrangement and layout of the whole construction, we want to create a relaxed and unique atmosphere which makes it easy for our guests to feel good and have great holidays.
