16. Legal venue
The tour participant may only institute legal proceedings against Club Mistral at the latter's registered seat.
Claims against the tour participant by Club Mistral are governed by the law of the place of residence of such participant, unless such claims are against merchants/commercial companies or persons who have changed their residence or customary place of abode to a foreign country after conclusion of the agreement, or whose residence or customary place of abode is not known at the time of institution of proceedings. In such cases, Club Mistral's registered seat shall be the legal venue.
