3. Services/additional agreements
3.1. The scope of the contractual services can be ascertained from the description of services and the details pertaining thereto in the confirmation of reservation.
Although we are, as a general principle, bound by the information provided in the brochure, we reserve the right to declare amendments to such information prior to conclusion of the agreement, which amendments shall, of course, be communicated to you prior to reservation.
Additional agreements must be expressly confirmed in writing by us in order to become effective.
