Our Team Member of the Month for February 2011 is Emmanuel Aussedate, our center manager and windsurf instructor who works at our Club Mistral Center Karpathos.
Manu started working for Club Mistral at our center in Safaga in 2008, and this winter he managed our center in Marsa Alam.
For the last two years Manu, who is himself an addicted windsurfer, has been managing our Club Mistral center at the Chicken Bay. He is energetic, has great organizational skills, and is always spreading his good mood. He is also a very passionate, highly experienced and authentic teacher, who is really popular amongst his students. 
Even after work he always has an open ear and takes care of our guests, maybe with a drink at our bar, where there is always plenty to laugh about with him. Of course he never misses a party at Club Anemos, and once he is in a dancing mood he also likes dancing on the table!
His speaks German with an awesome French accent and he describes his English as “Frenglish”. He has also proven to be a passionate cook, and everybody loves it when he offers his French specialties, he even brought his own oven to Karpathos to make his special olive bread!
Manu is also a big sports fan, and in his spare time he is a bit of an outdoor sports specialist, a passionate climber, he also loves sea kayaking and skiing. He uses his days off to explore the climbing and hiking routes on Karpathos, and our center dog Joker is his most faithful companion on his adventurous excursions.
The list of his talents goes on. He proved his ability at practical work helping with the construction of our new sails shelf, where for sure Manolis infected him with his perfectionism!
Manu provides a huge support at our Karpathos Center, and Manager Alexandra and the whole team have a lot of fun with him - on the water, at the center and of course at parties! We hope Manu stays with is for a very long time!
