Sabine is a native of Wessling, located on "famous" Lake Wessling near Munich. She has been looking after Club Mistral's bookkeeping and tax affairs ever since it was founded in 1990.
Sabine is a very out-going, friendly person; even when she's under a lot of pressure, she still finds time to take phone calls and answer questions about tax problems immediately and promptly. She also finds time to help this or that colleague with questions about private tax matters – with the same speed and promptness, of course, despite the fact that she has a house (self-built), a grownup daughter and young son and - last but not least – a husband to look after.
Sabine has a very professional approach to her work and a strong sense of responsibility; we still can't imagine how anyone can enter figures in a calculator at such a breakneck speed without even casting a glance at it.
Sabine is always in a good mood and very helpful. She now comes to Head Office once a week, on Tuesdays, where she sets about sorting things out in the bookkeeping department at a whirlwind pace!
With her candid, humorous and direct manner, Sabine fits in well with our Head Office team. We always look forward to those Tuesdays with especial pleasure, because at some stage or other every one of us will be forced to delve into the files in order to ensure that every cent ever earned or spent by the company can be entered correctly in the books! Nothing evades Sabine's attention and nobody escapes! But it's good fun nevertheless; Sabine doesn't take things so seriously and is always ready for a bit of fun.
From the very beginning, she has had very good rapport with everyone on the team, but without doubt the best rapport of all with our ladykiller - René.
Sabine is one of the few colleagues at Club Mistral to have resisted all our efforts to persuade her to take up windsurfing – but we're not giving up! And we're trying to persuade her children, son and daughter, to take it up at least!
Sabine is a very good skier and her great hobby is camping; every free weekend she and her family (consisting of her husband, dog, grownup daughter, young son, grandmother and grandfather) take off for Austria, to her second home, a campervan, to go skiing! Perhaps this helps her to recover from us and explains why she always comes into the office on Tuesday looking so refreshed?
A further hobby is sporting activities such as fitness training, bodypump and spinning.
Sabine, we wish you all the best and hope you will continue to work for Club Mistral for the next 25 years!
